Job Description

100% Remote role.

Willing to learn Newgen APIs

Responsibilities:
Configure and support APIs, workflows, and integrations.
Troubleshoot API, configuration, and system integration issues.
Partner with business and technical teams to implement requirements.
Perform testing, documentation, and deployment of configuration changes.
Support production issues as needed.

Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with API and platform configuration.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
