About this position: iWorks is seeking a Personnel Security Analytical Support Specialist to support data-driven personnel security operations through reporting, metrics analysis, and process improvement initiatives. *This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 84k-94k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Analyze personnel security program data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support risk analysis and decision-making activities.
• Present findings to stakeholders.

Required Education/Qualifications: *

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of analytical experience.
• Experience with reporting, metrics, and data analysis tools.
• Strong critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting security or compliance programs.
• Advanced reporting and data visualization experience.
