What you'll be doing

As an Early Years Apprentice, you'll:

• Learn how to provide high-quality care and education for young children

• Support children's play, learning and development

• Help create fun and engaging activities

• Support children with meals, personal care, rest and daily routines

• Learn about child development and Early Years practice

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Work alongside experienced Early Years Practitioners and Room Managers

• Complete your apprenticeship learning alongside your nursery role

• Take part in training, mentoring and professional development

• Learn how to keep children safe through effective safeguarding and health and safety practices

You don't need to already be qualified or have previous nursery experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about starting a career working with children

• Is reliable and ready to learn

• Communicates well with others

• Is willing to complete the learning required as part of their apprenticeship
