Job Description

MFA (Medical Assistant) | Kappeln, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare provider renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. The Role • Assist in diagnostic examinations and patient treatments, ensuring optimal medical care. • Manage and coordinate appointment schedules, including consultations with other departments and external partners. • Prepare and update patient records for consultations, interventions, diagnostics, and surgeries, maintaining structured documentation. • Perform blood draws and ensure comprehensive documentation. • Coordinate patient discharges by facilitating communication between physicians, patients, and families, and managing discharge-related activities. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, experience in clinical workflows. • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility. • Empathetic and service-oriented approach when interacting with patients. • Clear and open communication skills with physicians, nursing teams, and other departments. • Proficient in using standard IT systems, including hospital information systems (KIS).
