Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program, portfolio, transformation, or strategic delivery leadership experience within large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience leading highly complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated consulting experience supporting enterprise transformation, business modernization, technology transformation, operating model evolution, or strategic delivery initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to establish governance, operating rhythms, accountability models, and execution frameworks.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, assess complex environments, identify gaps, and drive clarity and alignment.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across Director, VP, and senior leadership audiences.
• Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large-scale technology, digital, data, platform, product, or business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate between business, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
• PMI, PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
