Safe Haven Security, a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, seeks an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to promote smart home and security solutions to residential and small-business customers. In this paid-training, weekly-pay role, you'll generate leads, conduct on-site consultations, and close sales while helping protect families and properties. You'll receive hands-on coaching, learn installation and product basics, and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage homeowners and small businesses to promote ADT-backed smart home and security solutions in assigned territories
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored security and automation packages
• Deliver persuasive product presentations and clearly explain features, pricing, and contract terms
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to contract signing and onboarding
• Collaborate with installation and customer success teams to ensure smooth scheduling and satisfied handoff
• Attend paid training sessions to master product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
• Track activities, leads, and sales results using company CRM tools and reporting processes
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
