Senior Java and Curam Developer - Hybrid

Job Description

Client  requires the services of a Senior Java and Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for Client's application development and maintenance operations using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Client Food Nutrition Services (FNS) team to design, develop and maintain the code for enhancements based on the backlog of change requests from the business
• Help fix defects from the backlog
• Support the FNS payment error rate reduction related efforts that includes evidence automations, case approvals, and proactive QC alerts
• Work with other members of the application development team in FNS and other program areas to develop code based on existing and new requirements
• Collaborate with the Client business team in the FNS area, FNS stakeholders and work with the agile team for testing the code for FNS
• Collaborate with the release team for source control and code build and release related activities for the FNS area of the code
• Develop strong working experience in Java and IBM Curam framework to understand, design and develop the underlying rules for the FNS and SNAP products
• Develop and support batches for FNS payment error rate reduction efforts and interface

Skills/Requirements:-

• Experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML and related tools Required 7 Years
• Cúram V6/7/8 Certified Developer. V8 preferred Required 7 Years
• Social enterprise management experience. Required 7 Years
• Experience as a Cúram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. Required 7 Years
• Experience in development with both the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules. Required 7 Years
• Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Required 7 Years
• Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Required 7 Years
• Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required 7 Years
• Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, independently identify options. Required 7 Years
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Required 7 Years
• Experience using the JavaScript Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT). Required 5 Years
• Techical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL). Required 5 Years
• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. Highly Desired 5 Years
• Experience with state government IT Functions. Highly Desired 5 Years
• Experience using Git, Bitbucket and JIRA Desired 3 Years
• Experience with the Curam Web Services Desired 3 Years
• Experience in AWS or any Cloud Development Desired 3 Years
• Experience in Python programming Desired 3 Years
• Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere. Nice to have 3 Years
