Position: Lead UX / UI Engineer – AI Applications

Must-Have Skills:

● Frontend: React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

● UX/UI: UX Research, User Journeys, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Usability Testing

● Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent

● Design Systems: Reusable Design Systems, Component Libraries, Style Guides, WCAG/Accessibility

● Integration: REST APIs, Authentication, Asynchronous Interactions, State Management, Micro-frontends

● AI/GenAI: GenAI Assistants, Conversational Applications, RAG Solutions, Autonomous AI Agents

● Testing & Optimization: Front-End Automated Testing, Performance Optimization, Analytics Instrumentation, Secure Coding

● Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deploy intuitive, accessible, and responsive UX for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions.

● Combine UX research and UI design expertise with hands-on frontend development.

● Develop applications using React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

● Design interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, and autonomous AI agents.

● Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams.

● Create reusable design systems, component libraries, and accessible interfaces.

● Provide technical leadership and guide UX/UI engineering initiatives.

Generic Managerial Skills:

● Ability to collaborate effectively in an onsite-offshore model.

● Ability to influence, guide, and mentor junior team members.

● Strong stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
