Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using modern software development practices and frameworks.
2. Analyze and resolve application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement appropriate bug fixes.
3. Develop and maintain database components, queries, and application integrations to support business functionality.
4. Provide production support, participate in application deployments, and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure application stability.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Experience with software development, application design, bug fixing, database development, and production support.
Technical Skills	.NET Technologies, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, SQL, Oracle, Application Development
Business / Domain Skills	Software Development Lifecycle, Application Support, Defect Management, Database Management, Production Support, Problem Solving
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise software applications.
2. Familiarity with relational databases, development tools, version control systems, and business rules technologies.
