The Role • Take on progressive senior physician responsibilities for the day clinics. • Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care. • Mentor and support junior doctors and medical students. • Develop and implement innovative treatment concepts. • Contribute to the seamless integration of outpatient, day-clinic, and inpatient care. • Support the expansion of the Home Treatment Team. What You'll Need • A completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. • Proven experience and knowledge in biological, psychotherapeutic, and social-medical procedures. • Resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork in a modern, patient-focused psychiatric setting. • An empathetic and respectful demeanor, initiative, and open communication.
