Lead Sales Specialist

Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a talented Lead Sales Specialist for a well-respected brand in the premium medical device category, located in California. This role is perfect for a driven individual who enjoys leading a small inbound sales team while also engaging directly with clients. The successful candidate will have a knack for balancing personal sales and coaching duties to ensure that the team operates with speed, discipline, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Serve as the player-coach for a small inbound closing desk, maintaining a balance between closing sales and coaching team members. Quickly contact new leads during core lead hours and address overnight leads first thing the next morning. Engage in discovery-led phone conversations, emphasizing active listening over pitching. Execute a disciplined follow-up cadence using phone, SMS, and email. Present approved financing options and recommend top-tier configurations when appropriate. Ensure same-day logging of CRM activity and adhere to approved claims guidelines.

Conduct short daily huddles before calling blocks and provide weekly coaching and call reviews. Enforce CRM hygiene, follow-up standards, and claims compliance. Manage pipeline visibility and scorecard rhythm for the desk. Assist leadership in assessing candidates during recruiting and escalate policy or compliance issues as needed.
