CBW Staffing Solutions are working with a high-profile, client-direct commercial campus in Whitechapel to find a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. This is a Monday-to-Friday schedule offering excellent work-life balance. You’ll be the go-to person for fabric and general maintenance tasks across the estate—no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)<br />Emergency lighting<br />Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)<br />Chillers - Re-set<br />BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

Hot &amp; Colds)<br />UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings<br />Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.<br />Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.<br />Be proactive to ensure all H&amp;S issues are reported/escalated as required.<br />Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.<br />Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.<br />Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.<br />Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
