Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Design and build modern web and mobile experiences using technologies such as:
- TypeScript
- React / Next.js
- React Native
- Flutter
- GraphQL
- Deliver end-to-end features from design through production deployment.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and resilient systems that support long-term growth.
- Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical designs, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, including security automation, code scanning, and release management.
- Improve platform observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes.
- Support deployment, hosting, and runtime operations across distributed environments.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, testing strategies, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Produce clear documentation for technical designs, implementation approaches, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, platform capabilities, and development workflows.
- Reduce technical debt through thoughtful design and continuous modernization efforts.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, customer-facing applications in production environments.
- Strong full-stack engineering expertise across modern web and mobile development technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency with:

- Strong experience designing and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including database design and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
