job summary:

Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.

Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.

Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.

Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.

responsibilities:

This role offers the opportunity to join a SaaS/cloud-first, innovative, and fast-paced technology team within client Corporate Technology, supporting Workday Integration Team. support and enhance enterprise HR technology platforms, with a strong focus on Workday integrations, AWS-based services, and payroll/benefits systems . Leveraging Tests Web applications and webservices (REST APIs). Applies Quality Assurance (QA) engineering and software development concepts in QA related tasks, test cases, and functional automation. Tracks defects and issues and works with team members to ensure resolution. Participates in defect triage and production release deployment verification. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

qualifications:

4-6 plus years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer supporting complex technology solutions

A bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field

Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices

Understanding of enterprise platforms, including Workday integrations, AWS-based services, and payroll/benefits systems.
