MMIS Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modules and components.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, implementation plans, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, project managers, and state teams through implementation, go-live, and certification.
• Ensure deliverables meet Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) requirements.
• Present project updates and progress to department executives and legislative stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology projects within healthcare or state government.
• 5+ years of experience with legacy system and data conversion.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, training coordination, and implementation communications.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
