Job description

About the Role

Own the supply chain product area for a B2B software platform serving manufacturers. You will connect factory operations and customer needs with technical product development, helping teams manage complex supply chain workflows through software.

What You'll Do

  • Set the product roadmap for procurement, inventory management, traceability, vendor management, and BOM/MRP capabilities.

  • Visit customer factory floors and work with procurement and supply chain leaders to understand operational needs.

  • Turn complex manufacturing and supply chain workflows into product specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes.

  • Partner with engineering to deliver product features, using AI-assisted tools to prototype, query data, work with APIs, and contribute code when useful.

  • Align engineering, design, sales, and customer success around product delivery, onboarding, and customer outcomes.

  • Use inventory metrics, product usage, and customer feedback to test assumptions and improve features.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to ten years of experience across product management, manufacturing, and supply chain, including shipping features end to end.

  • Prior software engineering or hands-on coding experience, with the ability to create prototypes and write technical specifications.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, and traceability workflows.

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience, ideally in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or automotive.

  • Experience with Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, ERP systems, MES, PLM, or AI-assisted prototyping tools.

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and influence.

  • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location
