As we continue to expand, we're looking for a sharp, energetic Mobilisation Administrator to join our fast moving Applecross head office. You'll be the go to support for mobilising teams, coordinating travel, and keeping our operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation
- Manage site onboarding requirements including inductions, medicals, tickets and compliance documentation
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters and site access requirements
- Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure workforce requirements are met
- Maintain accurate mobilisation records and reporting
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure smooth workforce deployment
- Identify opportunities to improve mobilisation processes and enhance the employee experience
You're organiser, proactive and thrive in a high volume environment. You understand that mobilisation is more than administration - it's about making sure our people have everything they need to succeed when they arrive on site.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a mobilisation, workforce coordination, recruitment coordination or site administration role
- Experience within mining, resources, shutdowns or labour hire environments (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance and site requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders
- A solutions focused attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Applecross location with free onsite parking
