The Role • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, therapists, and medical assistants. • Supervise treatment processes and provide guidance to team members in training. • Chair interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care. • Provide guideline-based medical and psychotherapeutic treatment for patients. • Participate in on-call duties for the psychosomatic department. • Conduct and participate in internal training and development programs. What You'll Need • Specialist qualification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Psychosomatic Medicine. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook). • High level of empathy and a genuine interest in bridging somatic medicine and psychotherapy. • Strong commitment, openness, performance-driven attitude, team orientation, leadership skills, autonomy, and flexibility.
