Principal Delivery Consultant, Migrations

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead complex cloud migration initiatives for Worldwide Public Sector healthcare and life sciences customers. In this role, you will own migration strategy, architecture, and delivery for large-scale transformations on AWS. You will partner with executive and technical stakeholders, design secure and compliant solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end migrations. Operating in AWS's customer-obsessed, innovative culture, you'll tackle large-scale technical challenges, mentor teams, build reusable frameworks, and shape best practices that influence future AWS services and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration engagements for healthcare and life sciences public sector customers
• Design scalable, secure AWS migration architectures aligned to regulatory requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders on migration strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional AWS and customer teams to deliver complex programs on time
• Develop migration roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide deep hands-on guidance on migration tools, patterns, and best practices
• Mentor and coach consultants and customer engineers to build migration capability
• Create reusable assets, frameworks, and documentation to accelerate future migrations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AWS migration services
• Present technical solutions and progress updates to senior leadership and customers
