YOUR TASKSCoordinate and monitor the progress of subcontractors, report regularly to the BOP Manager and other stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation of project progress and quality control measuresEnsure timely project completion by continuously tracking schedules and adjusting plans to prevent delaysEnforce safety regulations and building codes through regular inspections and identification of hazards or violations, and ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, permits, and applicable standardsImplement, supervise, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP), including verification of completed work units and required testing, and review construction procedures and resource requirements to meet design specifications and local/international standardsReview of the foundation installation process and provision of technical advice during construction phases by applying defined quality procedures and hold points, as well as identifying and resolving issues during construction executionReview of subcontractor resources for the correction of non-conformities, assessment of corrective actions for compliance with QCP requirements and regulations, and effective communication with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.

YOUR PROFILEDegree in civil engineering or a related field; equivalent professionalexperience is also consideredExperience in civil construction, ideally in wind energy projects and in supervisory rolesSolid understanding of quality control procedures and local as well as international regulationsStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams, proven ability to resolve conflicts and conduct audits in construction environments, and proficiency in project-related documentation and stakeholder interactionFluency in German and English (minimum B2–C1), both written and spoken, and a valid driver's license recognized in Germany is required for this positionADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSThe following valid certifications and safety trainings are required for this position:Working at Heights certification (issued within the last 12 months)First Aid trainingFire Awareness trainingConfined Spaces training (due to work in the foundation pit)WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
