Position Overview

Jackson Mechanical is seeking an experienced Solutions Representative who can easily navigate the mechanical trade industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, and equipment maintenance.

Estimating

Conduct accurate and detailed estimates for various mechanical trade industry projects. Your ability to walk onto a job site and provide precise estimates is crucial.

Sales

Leverage your industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to sell preventative maintenance contracts and other services. An uncapped commission structure means your ambition only limits your earning potential.
Research solutions and offer options to clients requesting assistance for renovations, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical trade industry, with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, or plumbing.

Sales and Estimating

Proven experience in estimating and sales within the industry. Ability to generate and close sales of preventative maintenance contracts.

Technical Skills

Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems and provide accurate estimates. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management. Must have a customer-centric approach and the ability to build lasting relationships. Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, with an uncapped commission structure. Tools of the Trade:
