The Role • Operate and monitor a technically sophisticated, multi-stage plant with various units and interfaces. • Collaborate closely with colleagues in a shift team environment, ensuring smooth handovers and coordination. • Maintain high-quality standards through systematic checks and implementing corrective actions. • Document material, quantity, and time bookings accurately in SAP to ensure process transparency. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and upkeep tasks. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship in packaging technology, process mechanics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience beyond initial training is desirable. • Willingness to be systematically trained on a complex plant and gradually take on more responsibility. • Strong safety awareness with a commitment to working conscientiously, cleanly, and according to standards. • Good communication skills in German.
