Job Description:

· We are seeking a proactive and experienced candidate to oversee the delivery and stability of production environments and guide the team in ensuring seamless operations.

· The ideal candidate should have a solid background in production support and system operations, combined with strong communication and coordination skills.

· This role involves managing cross-functional collaboration, driving timely resolution of incidents, overseeing change implementations, and continuously improving operational processes.

· Should have good experience in technical Production support and Non-production

· Should be able to understand and analyze the production issues and resolve it
