The Role • Execute vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover, ensuring a positive client experience. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience, ideally as a Master Mechanic, Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodybuilder. • Willingness to undertake the relevant certification for Operations Manager (HWK) or already hold this certification. • A strong commitment to our company values, welcoming everyone regardless of age, origin, gender, orientation, religion, or disability. • A valid Class B driver's license, good command of the German language, PC proficiency, and comfort with administrative tasks. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering trust and mutual respect.
