Job Description
- Unterstützung des IT-Teams bei der Bereitstellung und Administration von IT-Systemen (Windows/Linux, Netzwerke, Cloud-Dienste)
- Benutzerunterstützung (First/Second-Level-Support), Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Installation, Konfiguration und Patch-Management von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
- Sicherstellung von Datensicherheit sowie von Backup- und Wiederherstellungsprozessen
- Dokumentation von Prozessen, IT-Inventar und SOPs
- Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten (z. B. Migrationen, Rollouts, Infrastrukturverbesserungen)
- Technische Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer fachlicher Anforderungen und Systeme
