Site Controller (Manufacturing)

We're hiring for one of the largest manufacturing sites of a globally recognised packaging company, an employer known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. This is a key role for an experienced finance professional to lead accounting and FP&A functions, partnering with plant leadership to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.

The Role

• Lead all aspects of financial operations, including close processes, GL management, and cost accounting.
• Develop financial policies, practices, and procedures with significant impact on the site.
• Analyze financial data, prepare accurate and timely reports for senior leadership, and monitor progress.
• Provide comprehensive accounting and FP&A support to site leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive financial excellence, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
• Manage reporting, budget development, and coordinate all audit activities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing organisation.
• Proven leadership and management skills with solid experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budget development and analysis, GL management, and audit coordination.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial/accounting reporting systems.
