Associate Engineering Manager

Role Purpose
Provide technical ownership and escalation leadership across TimeGate, TimeGate Plus, and Templa platforms,
ensuring stable production support, risk mitigation, and architectural continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end L3 technical delivery across all products
Act as final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Review and approve complex code changes and hotfixes
• Oversee releases and provide technical go/no-go decisions
• Guide migration-related fixes and parity gap remediation
• Drive knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependencies
• Mentor offshore engineers and ensure engineering standards
• Identify technical debt and automation opportunities
Required Skills
• Strong .NET / ASP.NET / C#
• SQL Server performance tuning
• Azure (Functions, Service Bus, cloud ops)
• Legacy modernization exposure
