Role Description This full-time, on-site/field job Business Development Executive role is based in New Delhi/Gurugram. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the expansion of Nd Group's portfolio across its focus sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions. The role also requires managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other business tools. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and contribute to sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
  • Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to support client onboarding, retention, and long-term relationship growth.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within infrastructure, agribusiness, chemicals, or social impact sectors.
  • Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
