Mandatory skills required : SAP finance, MBC

Complete job description:

Provide AMS support for SAP FICO modules including General Ledger GL, Accounts Payable AP, Accounts Receivable AR, Asset Accounting AA, and Cost Controlling CO.

Support and maintain MBC related financial processes and configurations.

Handle L1L2L3 support tickets through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.

Work on change requests, enhancements, and minor developments related to SAP FICO.
