About the Role
As GTM Lead at an AI-powered procurement software company, you will combine strategic procurement expertise with hands-on commercial execution. You will work with enterprise and Mittelstand customers across Germany, helping shape opportunities and enabling the wider go-to-market team to engage credibly with procurement leaders.
What You'll Do
Create and manage pipeline, advance opportunities, and support their activation from start to finish.
Build relationships with C-level executives and Einkaufsleiter at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.
Position the platform within customers' strategic procurement priorities and competitive landscape.
Run customer and partner workshops that translate procurement expertise into qualified opportunities.
Lead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
Coach account executives, business development representatives, GTM engineers, and deployment strategists on procurement topics.
Represent the business in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Share market, customer, and competitive insights with product and company teams.
What We're Looking For
Three to five years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement roles.
Experience positioning strategic procurement with large enterprises and larger Mittelstand companies in Germany.
Experience engaging C-level executives and Einkaufsleiter, not only category managers.
A commercially driven approach and interest in creating, advancing, and closing deals.
Comfort leading and collaborating on customer and partner workshops.
Fluency in German and English, along with strong ownership and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
