Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, lead follow-up, and referrals.

• Connect with potential customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options.

• Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through consistent communication, policy reviews, and follow-up.

• Manage an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects, opportunities, and renewals.

• Work toward individual production goals while contributing to the agency's overall growth.

• Stay informed on insurance products, industry updates, and applicable compliance requirements.

• Participate in team meetings, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred (1+ year).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective customers.

• Confidence making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and closing sales.
