The Role • Greet all customers promptly and courteously, guiding them through the entire sales process. • Effectively educate customers on the benefits of the vehicles and the dealership's offerings. • Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle features. • Educate customers on available financial products and financing options. • Utilize CRM tools to track all customer interactions and follow up post-purchase. • Maintain unit, PVR, and VSC averages as required by the store. What You'll Need • Must be at least 18 years of age. • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required. • Ability to successfully test out of the sales training program. • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service mentality and ability to be a team player. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
