Membership Sales Consultant

City Fitness is seeking a Membership Sales Consultant to drive new memberships and support club growth across our Philadelphia locations. You'll conduct tours, present membership options, and provide a consultative experience that aligns with members' fitness goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead follow-up, outreach in the community, and achieving monthly sales targets. You'll collaborate with trainers and front desk teams to deliver a high-energy, member-first experience, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and represent our inclusive, wellness-focused culture every day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and consultative sales presentations for prospective members
• Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales and revenue targets
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• Follow up promptly with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Maintain accurate member and prospect data in CRM and club systems
• Collaborate with trainers and front desk staff to ensure a seamless member experience
• Represent City Fitness' inclusive, high-energy culture on and off the floor
• Assist with promotional events, open houses, and local marketing initiatives
• Provide basic guidance on membership options, services, and club amenities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support member retention and satisfaction
