The Role • Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based capacity. • Monitor patient progress, observe illness trajectories, and actively assist in therapeutic interventions. • Execute physician-ordered medical treatments autonomously and collaborate closely with medical and therapeutic staff. • Maintain accurate and structured nursing documentation and manage daily station operations. • Contribute actively to a respectful, structured, and safe interdisciplinary team environment. What You'll Need • Completed training as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse. • Strong social skills, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities. • Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents. • Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric nursing (though not a strict requirement).
