Echocardiography Technologist

• Location: Pensacola, FL

• Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time

• Perform routine and complex cardiac procedures using clinical protocols to accurately evaluate heart structures and hemodynamics.
• Setup, adjust and maneuver transducers while positioning patients to optimize visual output and diagnostic clarity.
• Identify critical pathology, anatomical structures and artifacts to upload high-quality images and reports to PACS.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain clean, orderly and compliant procedure rooms.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing
    International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience with Cardiac Echocardiography, Structural Heart support, Peripheral Vascular studies, Pediatrics.
