We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join a dynamic Creative department at a leading national distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. This role is based at the corporate headquarters of a family-owned company with over 45 years of success and a reputation for stability and growth.

The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative designs for various marketing materials, including catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative teams throughout the new product selection process.
• Foster clear and efficient communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives across departments.
• Develop innovative product positioning strategies in relation to existing offerings and customer needs.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Catalog experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising between departments.
