Role: Information Security Cloud Engineer (SME) –

Location: Hybrid | Durant, OK / Sherman, Texas/Denison, Texas/Tom Bean, Texas/Anna, Texas/Melissa, Texas/ Frisco, Texas/McKinney, Texas/Gainesville, Texas /Howe, Texas/        

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (Must be eligible to convert)

Technical Stack: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle ERP/HCM, Oracle DB, IAM, SIEM/SOC, Cloud Security, NIST, CIS, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, Logging & Monitoring.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in Information Security, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience securing Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or OCI environments.

Expertise in IAM, Cloud Security Architecture, Secure Configuration, Cloud Asset Inventory, Network Segmentation, Cloud Hardening, Vulnerability Management, Logging/Telemetry, and Continuous Monitoring.

Experience integrating cloud environments with SIEM/SOC platforms for threat detection and incident response.

Strong understanding of NIST, CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust, Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance.

Experience securing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle ERP/HCM, and Oracle Database environments.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC Cloud Security, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty.
