What You'll Need • Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience (field or vocational training). • EPA certification or the willingness to obtain one. • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces. • A strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
