Scrum Master

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our team in a GMP regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating and optimizing the software development process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within GMP regulations.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
• Work in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments to adapt to project needs.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate project status effectively.
• Implement continuous improvement practices and ensure adherence to change control processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience within GMP regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational and schedule management skills with familiarity of change control practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Skills (Plusses):

• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or comparable project delivery certification.
• Prior experience at Regeneron or Sanofi.
