Job Description

Title: Lead Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ, TX
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Client: Wells Fargo / Mphasis
Experience: 12+ years
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in AWS, Terraform, and AI/ML to design and develop scalable cloud-native applications and data/AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable applications and services using Python.
  • Build and deploy cloud solutions using AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
  • Design and implement AI/ML solutions, including ML pipelines, LLM/RAG applications, and model integration.
  • Work with data processing frameworks, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and business teams.
  • Implement CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production support.
  • Follow best practices for security, scalability, performance, and cloud architecture.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and implementation.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or NLP.
  • Experience developing REST APIs/microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, Redshift, and IAM.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience with PySpark, Airflow, Kafka, or other data engineering technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
