Build Systems, Not Patches: We design code, products and company processes as clear, independent modules. Each part should have a defined purpose and clean boundaries, so it can evolve without making the wider system harder to understand.
You will fit in here if you think from first principles, care about the quality of your reasoning and enjoy turning complicated problems into simple, durable systems.

The role

You'll work closely with our Head of Product and Head of AI. You'll be expected to be comfortable across the full stack - AI, backend and frontend - and move between them as the product demands. We're a small team, so versatility matters more than specialisation right now.

What we're looking for

• You’ve shipped impactful products before.

• You don't mind flying solo and getting your hands dirty early on, but you know exactly how to scale an architecture to a team as we grow.

• You’re sharp, curious, and energized by complex, ambiguous problems rather than comfortable, predictable ones.

• Experience building real-time audio or developer-facing API platforms is a massive plus.

Compensation

• Salary: a competitive salary, benchmarked to the role and your experience. We're happy to discuss specifics early on.
