StaffRight Associates is recruiting for an exceptional career opportunity seeking an Electrical Project Control Engineer in Circleville, Ohio. This office-based role empowers an accomplished engineering professional to direct vital capital improvement initiatives, facility upgrades, and process automation enhancements within a leading manufacturing environment. The incoming expert will shepherd technical initiatives through their complete lifecycle—from preliminary feasibility and design up to construction, final testing, and operational handover—while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal safety, quality, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead comprehensive engineering initiatives, translating high-level operational goals into actionable electrical and automation blueprints

• Author detailed technical specifications, procurement scopes, and construction tender packages

• Formulate robust financial forecasts, capital allocations, and milestone timelines to maintain strict budgetary control

• Monitor capital expenditures continuously throughout installation phases to intercept and mitigate cost variances

• Coordinate intricate plant outages, scheduled facility shutdowns, and contractor deployment activities

• Direct successful system commissioning, operational transitions, and knowledge transfer for newly deployed infrastructure

• Upgrade industrial power distribution grids, facility systems, and automation architectures

• Troubleshoot complex engineering challenges alongside plant maintenance and operations departments

• Establish comprehensive operating procedures and training documentation for upgraded manufacturing technology

• Ensure total adherence to environmental regulations, regulatory standards, and occupational safety mandates

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline

• Minimum of 5 Years of hands-on experience utilizing Distributed Control Systems and Programmable Logic Controllers

• Demonstrated background executing industrial plant capital projects and electrical installations

• Proficiency with Allen-Bradley hardware platforms and industrial instrumentation

• Familiarity with GE Proficy iFIX software, Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition architectures, and human-machine interface development

• Proven capability in managing full project lifecycles from preliminary concept through final commissioning

• Strong expertise in expenditure tracking, financial scoping, and milestone scheduling

• Excellent problem-solving abilities paired with effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Annual salary ranging from US $85,000 to US $120,000
