Supply Chain/Logistics Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, California (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Program Manager to support logistics, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and inventory operations. This individual will help design, execute, and improve scalable logistics and consignment processes. The role requires an understanding of both the physical movement of materials and the transactional processes behind that movement, including purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor payments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP and Coupa and can resolve operational issues.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics processes for inbound/outbound shipments, consignment inventory, and material movement.
• Manage day-to-day logistics transactions using SAP, Coupa, and related supply chain systems.
• Support purchase order creation, purchasing transactions, receiving, and invoice processing.
• Ensure receiving and invoicing activities are completed promptly to prevent delays.
• Reconcile packing slips, receipts, purchase orders, and invoices to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as a backup buyer when needed, supporting purchasing activities and supplier transactions.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution across multi-tier suppliers and vendors.
• Optimize inbound and outbound logistics workflows to improve cost efficiency and operational transparency.
• Analyze logistics and transactional data to identify process-improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, procurement, purchasing, or materials management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement environment.
• Experience with Coupa or a similar procurement platform.
• Working knowledge of purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, and three-way matching.
• Experience with buyer or purchasing duties, including vendor management and supplier payment resolution.
• Understanding of transportation, distribution, and inventory or materials management in multi-vendor environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP GTS or other global trade systems.
• Experience supporting consignment inventory or multi-tier supplier networks.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and global trade compliance.
• APICS, CSCMP, or similar supply chain/logistics certification.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, or other complex supply chain environments.
