Data Architect With Salesforce

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data Architect / Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce data, SQL, Python, and enterprise data integration.

This person will design data solutions and build pipelines connecting Salesforce with cloud data platforms and other business systems. The role will focus on improving account and contact data, strengthening integrations, and making reliable data available to business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design data models and integration solutions across Salesforce, cloud data warehouses, and connected applications.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to move and transform data between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Develop SQL and Python code for data transformation, validation, and automation.
• Work with Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and custom objects, ensuring consistent relationships across systems.
• Implement data cleansing, deduplication, standardization, and enrichment processes to improve customer data quality.
• Build reliable processes for updating Salesforce with validated data from external sources and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, resolve data issues, and improve performance and reliability.
• Work with Salesforce developers, Data Engineering, and business teams to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support testing and deployment, document data flows, and follow data security and governance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with Salesforce data models and integrations, especially account and contact data.
• Proven experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines and API-based integrations.
• Experience with data modeling and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience improving data quality, including cleansing, deduplication, validation, and enrichment.
• Ability to own technical designs while remaining actively involved in development and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
