The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of services including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting.
• Represent the company with pride, engaging with customers and providing advice.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with new challenges daily.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and communication.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and make independent decisions.
