We are seeking skilled individuals to provide essential roadside assistance and mechanical support to members, ensuring they get back on the road quickly and safely. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle various issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
