The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise project measurements and assessments.
• Perform inspections, including ladder and attic assessments, to evaluate homeowner needs.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, meeting client requirements.
• Work with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, focusing on closing sales.
• Collaborate with the team in daily strategy meetings.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are required.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home sales appointments.
• No prior sales or construction experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
