Job description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Modernize an existing data tracking and metrics system utilizing user-centered UI/UX design methodologies. • Develop comprehensive user interface design specifications, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Execute usability assessments and 508 compliance testing across Linux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript environments.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $338k+ yearly Job Description: • Focus on developing highly usable end-user interfaces applying UI best practices and core UX principles. • Collaborate closely with analysts and end users to research, develop, and document user profiles and performance requirements. • Conduct task analysis and workflow mapping while designing and evaluating user scenarios. • Develop UI design specifications, wireframes, mockups, interaction behaviors, and design guidelines to guide development. • Partner with product designers and process engineers to ensure user-centered solutions align with technical workflows. • Perform accessibility and 508 compliance testing to verify interfaces adhere to regulatory and usability standards. • Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and communicate behaviors to stakeholders and engineering teams. • Collect and analyze user feedback through behavioral metrics and surveys to inform ongoing design enhancements. • Apply knowledge of Linux, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to troubleshoot design-related issues and support interface deployment.
