Summary: • Modernize an existing data tracking and metrics system utilizing user-centered UI/UX design methodologies. • Develop comprehensive user interface specifications, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. • Ensure high usability standards, modern design principles, and seamless system interactions.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $338k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces applying modern UI best practices and UX principles. • Work closely with users to research, develop, and document user profiles, performance requirements, and workflow mappings. • Create UI design specifications, wireframes, mockups, interaction behaviors, and interactive prototypes. • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Linux to support UI design implementation and troubleshoot interface issues. • Conduct accessibility and 508 compliance testing to verify user interfaces meet regulatory and usability standards. • Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design improvements and guide UX decisions. • Collaborate effectively with product designers, process engineers, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
