We are seeking a driven Product Marketing Manager for a leading North American distributor with a 45+ year legacy of success. This role is critical to shaping product positioning and driving marketing strategies across diverse channels.

The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative assets for catalog layout, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as the key liaison between Merchandising and Creative for new product selection.
• Ensure seamless communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing.
• Develop innovative product positioning based on market research and customer perspective.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development.
• Proven track record in product sourcing or selection.
• Experience in catalog management is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
