Intranet Platform Owner Global Law Firm

Liverpool Street, London Hybrid (60% office, 40% home)

Permanent £85,000 - £100,000

Own the intranet. Shape what it becomes next.

A global law firm is looking for an Intranet Platform Owner to lead its SharePoint Online intranet into AI-enabled search, Copilot experiences and agentic workflows. You will own the strategy and day-to-day running of the platform, reporting to the Head of Knowledge Technology Platforms.

What you'll do

  • Own and deliver the global intranet roadmap, including enterprise search and AI capabilities
  • Chair the Intranet Governance Group, an executive-level steering body
  • Lead a virtual team and external suppliers against service targets and budget
  • Shape the governance and rollout of Viva Engage

What you'll bring

  • Proven ownership of an enterprise intranet or comparable employee platform, accountable for roadmap, delivery and service
  • Expert SharePoint Online knowledge across configuration, information architecture and integrations
  • Experience leading teams or suppliers, including budget tracking
  • A track record of chairing governance forums or working closely with partners, directors or executives
  • Familiarity with Copilot and Copilot Studio; legal or professional services experience is a plus
